FIRST EDITION - 27th JANUARY 2026

Hosted by:

Palazzo Mattei di Giove is one of those places that instantly makes you feel the weight of history. Built in the early 1600s and now home to the Centro Studi Americani. It sits right in the heart of Rome, a few steps from Largo Argentina, the Jewish Ghetto, Piazza Venezia and the Pantheon. It is a space filled with stories, ideas and quiet beauty, which is exactly why it feels like the right home for Visionova’s first edition.

The Centro Studi Americani is one of Rome’s leading cultural institutes, dedicated to fostering dialogue, research, and exchange between Italy and the United States - a historic space where ideas, art, and culture meet.

We’re excited to share that on the 27th January, the Centre will host the first edition of the Visionova Film Festival, joining forces to explore the theme of journeys and the lasting influence of Italian-American migration on modern cinema.

Imagine your short film lighting up the walls of a Renaissance palace, watched by some of the world’s sharpest minds; in the very Heart of Rome.
